I just got an 8-week-old baby girl, and I’m trying to figure out how to litter-train her. A lot of sites say that babies can’t be trained until they’re neutered/spayed – is this true? I want her to eventually be able to roam around my apartment without accidents. Thanks!
Eames was litter trained long before he was neutered. Just put the litter box where she goes most often, and she will get the hang of it.
However, sometimes things are thrown out the window when puberty hits. Once spayed/neutered things usually go back to normal.
Unfortunately, I don’t have many recommendations, Eames took to it with very little effort (we were lucky). Here is a link with some more in depth advice.
Let me know how everything goes!
First of all I have to tell you your website is wonderful. I want to make the cage you have for my bunny. How was the swinging door made? What kind of metal and how was it attached. I am quite handy but need instructions
Hi, and thank you! You can find the DIY instruction on Design Sponge: http://www.designsponge.com/2009/07/diy-project-nicoles-modern-bunny-hutch.html
I’m not sure if you saw that or not. If you read it and have anymore questions, let me know. I would be happy to clarify! Good luck, and I would love to see it when it is done! :)
